Steps to Sell Your Digital Assets
Step 1
Download the GenZ app and create your wallet.
Step 2
Click the Actions Button and select “Sell To Your Bank Account”.
Step 3
Select your preferred off-ramp provider. Convert digital assets to fiat currencies, based on the options available in your location.
Step 4
You will be redirected to our partner provider's page to finish the KYC verification and specify the amount of cryptocurrency you want to sell and provide your bank details for the fiat deposit. The offramp partner will then give you a wallet address to which you can send your crypto to finalize the transaction.
Step 5
Return to your GenZ app, tap “Send”, and enter the wallet address you noted. Paste the wallet address from the off-ramp partner and initiate the transaction. Ensure you're sending the correct cryptocurrency to the right address. Contact GenZ support if you have any questions.
